We provide outdoor recreational activities for disabled veterans of the United States Armed Forces, these activities and related expenses are provided at no cost.


Apply for Membership


You must be an approved member of the Wounded Warriors Guide Service in order to apply for events. Once your membership is approved, you will have access to apply for all events.

    **Short Notice Event** A generous sponsor has graciously donated a day on the water chasing bass, crappie, and/or walleye in the Detroit Lakes, Minnesota area for two Veterans. Selected Veterans will check into an area motel on the evening of October 14th, fish all day on the 15th, and check out the morning of October 16th. Applications for this event will end at midnight on October 8, 2022, and the selected Veterans notified shortly after the closing of applications. If you do not get notified via phone, text, or email within a day or two of the application closing date then you were not selected to attend. Meals, lodging, and all necessary fishing equipment will be provided. Selected Veterans are responsible for transportation to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, a MN fishing license, and appropriate clothes for a variety of autumn weather conditions here in Northern Minnesota. Please ensure that you can attend this event, i.e., clear it with work, school, and spouse, before applying. Also, ensure your profile on our website is up to date including verifying correct contact information and your DD214 and VA verification information have been uploaded.

    Our annual Missouri Waterfowl hunt is scheduled for December 7th - 12th, 2022, in Northwest Missouri. We will be hunting both ducks and geese, mainly over water. Applications for this event will end at midnight on October 23, 2022, and the selected Veterans notified shortly after the closing of applications. If you do not get notified via phone, text, or email within a day or two of the application closing date then you were not selected to attend. Meals, transportation from TBD location, and licenses will be provided. Selected Veterans are asked to bring an appropriate shotgun for both ducks and Canada geese, ammo, and appropriate clothes for cold autumn mornings. Ensure that you can attend this event, i.e. clear it with work, school, and spouse, before applying. Also, ensure your profile on our website is up to date including verifying correct contact information and your DD214 and VA verification information have been uploaded.
