We provide outdoor recreational activities for disabled veterans of the United States Armed Forces, these activities and related expenses are provided at no cost.


Apply for Membership


You must be an approved member of the Wounded Warriors Guide Service in order to apply for events. Once your membership is approved, you will have access to apply for all events.

  • Crosslake Camping Trip

    WWGS Crosslake camping weekend is set for August 27th through the 29th. Fourteen campsites have been offered and fourteen Veterans will be selected to attend this event. Check-in is Friday afternoon and there will be a meal that evening. Saturday starts with breakfast and the day will have activities such as guided fishing in the afternoon and will include a bag lunch. The evening will have a great meal for dinner followed by a movie and kettle corn. Sunday is a continental breakfast and departure day.

  • Annual Texas Hog and Dove Hunt

    • Wichita Falls, Texas

    Our annual Texas hog and dove hunt is scheduled for September 15-21 with Red Dirt Outfitters out of Wichita Falls. We will leave early on Wednesday, 15 September and return on Tuesday, 21 September. Meals and transportation will be provided. Selected Veterans are asked to bring an appropriate rifle (hog) and shotgun (dove), as well as ammo. If you do not have a rifle or a shotgun please notify WWGS.
